Most of my photos are taken with a Canon 7D with a 16-35mm lens.
However, you can get amazing results with smartphones nowadays! I use my old iPhone 12 Pro and still get great photos, but if you’re thinking on upgrading on your phone, always go for the latest!
My two cents: think twice before investing on very expensive gear. My tip is to find something that is enough to your needs and learn how to edit.
