The best areas & hotels in Ibiza

If you follow me on instagram, you know how much I love Ibiza. It’s my happy place, where I try to come back every summer for a perfect vacation.

After a few trips to Ibiza and after having stayed in different areas and hotels, I learned how different the experience is depending on when you’re staying at. And I’m not talking just about location or stars, but there are hotels that have their own personality and create the most memorable trip ever.

Besides, many hotels offer day passes to enjoy their pools and you can always book their restaurants or visit their rooftops for cocktails.

In this post, you’ll find my top selection of luxury hotels in Ibiza. I couldn’t pick a favorite as all of them are amazing in different ways.

Top Luxury Hotels in Ibiza

Find the best hotel selection in Ibiza on the map below:

Platja d’en Bossa

Platja d’en Bossa is located just a few minutes outside Ibiza’s airport, quite close to Ibiza town.

This area is ideal for the travelers who don’t want to miss a party during their stay in Ibiza. It’s perfect if you’re traveling with a group of friends and it’s the best option if you’re looking to party in Ibiza.

Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza

Platja d’en Bossa, s/n | Kid-friendly | From 138 €

Welcome to Ibiza!

Located less than 10 minutes away from the airport, right on Platja d’en Bossa and in the heart of the party scene, Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza is the perfect pick for first-timers in Ibiza.

Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza combines innovative design, rock, and luxury, resulting in a cool atmosphere and another level of luxury that includes performances and live concerts.

The views to Platja d’en Bossa from the Rock star suite – themed with David Bowie’s photographies and his own guitar – are truly breathtaking. Actually, one of the things that makes this hotel unique is the exhibition of musical instruments and clothes that belonged to the most incredible artists, from Freddy Mercury to Britney Spears, that you can find at every corner of the hotel.

Besides, they feature some of the most amazing restaurants:

  • Tatel Ibiza: international cuisine with an international twist and shows
  • The Beach: the most delicious food in a beach club in Ibiza, in my opinion
  • Sublimotion by Paco Roncero: an incomparable experience, it was the most expensive restaurant in the world until they created the new Sublimotion in Dubai.

What I enjoyed the most, being completely honest, was the swimming pool; that’s where I spent most of the time even when the beach is just a few steps from it. Plus, Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza features the biggest spa on the island and I got to visit it on my last morning at the hotel for a relaxing farewell. I’m already missing it!
